This site offers quality products. The variety of cards and envelopes is unbelievable.

I have ordered cards etc from USGA gift shop. I have ordered "Florida" Christmas/golf cards for about 10 years - it's "our thing" at Christmas, being in the south. The quality of the cards/stationery are exceptional: good stock. color, and the service if always easy - you can actually speak to a human if you call with questions. Love it!

Our Christmas cards were lovely - every detail was correct. The service, however, was extremely disappointing. The cards were ordered on Sunday, December 8th, with 3-day delivery. Since I ordered pre-addressed envelopes, the excel address file was sent early on Monday, December 9th. On Tuesday, the website showed "printed" as the status of the order. I got excited, thinking that I would have the cards by that weekend and be able to get this checked off my list. The status did not change on Wednesday or Thursday, so i called and got the shipping terms changed to 2-day (and paid the difference, of course). Finally on Friday, the 13th, I received an email stating that the order had been shipped ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 16th with delivery scheduled for Friday, the 20th.. What the heck???????? I promptly called, asking what was going on with that strange notification. I was told that this was how they do it. As to the 4-day delivery when I had paid for 2, the agent told me there wasn't anything that could be done since it was already shipped (even though it had not been, in reality). She did refund the up-charge, at least. As i stated first, that cards were great; however, I will be looking to go with another vendor next year. You don't need more stress during the holidays!

Living in Florida I was looking for a card that represents the location and also celebrates Christmas. The USGA cards were the perfect solution. I was able to customize the message and have that personal touch. The site made that so easy and I was able to choose the features. I had a few questions about the wording on the front of the card and used the chat option. I received answers quickly and once I submitted the card, I asked to review before going ahead with my order. The draft was sent back to me quickly and once I approved the details and placed the order, the cards arrived fast. The variety, quality, ease of use on the site, and customer service guarantee that I will use USGA cards in the future.

The USGA's delay in offering Holiday cards this year resulted in my purchase of other cards to insure receipt of the cards before Christmas. When the USGA finally offered cards I purchased 30 cards and had them "personalized". The turn around time was just a few days and the card was fantastic!
